CommonSource has set in place a business continuity plan which includes:

• A natural gas generator
• Uninterruptible power supply
• Multiple Internet connections for redundancy
• Tape backup
• Disaster Recovery (DR)

Our disaster recovery site, which resides in a highly-secure, underground bunker, mirrors our production site. In the event of a natural disaster, our client's access is redirected to the DR site. Our infrastructure has been thoroughly tested for redundancy to ensure that our system is always available when you need it.
