![Playing a part. The Common Source proudly supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation—giving hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. Recently, we had the opportunity to help a very special child named Martin. Typical wishes include trips to places such as Disney World, but Martin had something different in mind—a play-set to swing, crawl and climb on any time he wants! Martin's "Sunshine Clubhouse" has a slide, ropes, climbing wall, ladders, two swings and colorful "look-out" at the very top. When he saw his play-set, he could hardly contain his excitement! Making Martin’s wish come true enables him to have fun with his friends any day he is up for it and we are happy to be a part of that enjoyment. Meet Martin. Martin is a four-year-old boy who loves watching cartoons like Scooby Doo and eating his favorite cake, Pastel de Tres Leches—a delicious Mexican cake! He also enjoys going to the park to play on the slide, tunnels and swings. However, Martin’s life-threatening medical condition takes away some of his time playing in the park.
